In an area as rich in biodiversity as Liguria is, the sea and the mountains embrace each other, giving life to enchanting places and paths.

A splendid terrace overlooking the sea from which start more than 500 km of paths that will allow you to do many activities such as biking, trekking and much more.
From the top of Mount Beigua (1267m) it is possible to observe the two eastern and western Ligurian rivieras, the Alpine arc from the Ligurian Alps to the Pennines, the western Po Valley, the Ligurian and Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, the Apuan Alps and Corsica.
From here you can also take the Alta Via Dei Monti Liguri, a wonderful route that crosses the peaks of the entire Ligurian Riviera, from Ventimiglia to Ceparana.

Santuario di n.s. della guardia
After a suggestive walk along the many paths that run through Monte Grosso, we arrive at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Guard, built by the Marquises of Ivrea in 1864.
Overlooking the sea, this hiking destination offers one of the most beautiful views of the Ligurian Riviera, from which you can admire much of the coast from La Spezia to Cape Noli, as well as the surrounding mountain arch.

Among the favorite destinations of walkers, cicilists and pilgrims, there is definitely the Hermitage of the Desert, located on the Varazzine Heights, shortly after the hamlet of Faje.
Intorno al complesso seicentesco, dove è ospitato il convento dei padri Carmelitani, si sviluppa un percorso botanico ad anello di straordinario valore naturalistico, che si estende per quasi due chilometri e mezzo.
Sparse nel folto della vegetazione vi sono sette cappelle chiamate “Romitori”, all’interno delle quali i Frati trascorrevano periodi in solitudine e penitenza.

This stunning cycle-pedestrian path develops along a coastal stretch of the Western Ligurian Riviera for about 4 km between the town of Varazze and Cogoleto. Included in the Piani d'Invrea Coastal Park, it occupies the former railway station of the late 1800s.
It is an enchanting stretch of coast, characterized by a dense presence of rocky coves that jump into the water full of life and colors. Behind, the marvellous maritime pines offer a suggestive panorama, suspended between sea and hills.
